The Apostolic Resource Center...

The initials of Apostolic Resource Center form the acronym 'ARC' (pronounced 'ark'). The ARC is part of the apostolic church model that has been set in motion here at Living Praise so that all of those mentioned in Eph. 4:11 - apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers - will have room to be declared and to function in their ministry gifting. From the story of Noah (Gen. 6-9) we find the ark to be a place of refuge, safety, discovery, purpose, destiny and covering, just to list a few.

The ARC provides training and equipping on serious levels! Through missions, we send forth materials, finances and people to bring in the 'world harvest' of souls.

The ARC is a multi-faceted ministry. Our focus is on providing opportunities for you to learn about real-life issues, and to activate God-given gifts that excite and extend Kingdom principles in your areas of influence. We desire to provide a spiritual covering from which you can fulfill your life' s purpose and destiny, while helping extend the mission of LPWC throughout the Upstate region and beyond.

MISSIONS...

Catch the vision for world evangelism! With our financial and prayer support of missionaries around the globe, and with personal missions trips to Eastern Europe, Central America, the South Pacific and Asia, apostolic ministry to other peoples and cultures has long been a key part of our vision and purpose as a fellowship. International and home missions are a big part of what we've been called to accomplish through the Apostolic Resouce Center here at Living Praise. Robert & Kim Stroud are Missions Directors at Living Praise.

LIVING PRAISE DISCIPLESHIP OF MINISTERS...

A very meaningful facet of the ARC is LPDM (Living Praise Discipleship of Ministers). The purpose of LPDM is to identify, train, equip, mentor, and raise up spiritual sons and daughters. LPDM provides covering for leaders to emerge and take their place in Kingdom ministry! Recognition can lead to ordination with Evangel Fellowship International (some EFI ministers join in on LPDM activities). This group is not limited to Living Praise members. The emphasis of the bi-monthly meetings focuses on a study of leadership qualities. Each LPDM meeting includes teaching, discussion and various helps for credentialed ministers and their spouses. Through LPDM, Apostle Bachman and Pastor Jo Ann are committed to helping credentialed ministers fulfill God's calling and find placement during this season of preparation and release into ministry function.

Ministerial credentials are extended each year to those who've answered God's call and have completed the necessary preparation. It's all part of identifying, training, equipping and providing covering for leaders to emerge and take their place in Kingdom ministry. Credentials are offered on three levels, representing maturity and ministry function: Exhorters, Licensed, and Ordained. Ministerial credentials can be applied for through the LPWC church office and are renewed annually. Each year a special emphasis service is conducted to recognize and honor LPWC credentialed ministers.
